I have seen and reviewed 29 movies that are currently in theatres. Some of the films have been in theatres for a while now and others are newer releases. If you are having trouble deciding what movie to see in theatres, I hope that you will consult my list for help. Movie ticket prices are pretty expensive these days, and I might be able to help save you some of your hard earned cash. My ratings will help you decide what are the best movies currently in theatres and what are the worst movies currently in theatres. Also, at the bottom of the list I have provided you with previews of movies that are out that I have not seen yet.

There is something about movies that are based on true stories. Knowing that what happened in the movie might be similar to how it actually happened in real life makes the movie that much more interesting. I especially enjoy watching a movie based on true events that I already am familiar with. It’s interesting to see the director or the writer’s take on what they think happened. Sometimes a movie is supposedly based on real life, but it may be way different from what actually happened in real life. If you are a fan of these types of movies, then you will probably enjoy the films on this list.

I am not the biggest fan of this genre because too often romantic comedies are very cheesy and predictable. However, if they are well-made then they can be just as good as any other comedy. This is a list of good “date movies” because both the man and woman can enjoy these romantic comedies without the man just having to suffer through them.

Happy Birthday to Alfred Hitchcock! The master of suspense would have turned 114 years old today.
He is easily considered one of the best film directors to ever live. Arguably Hitchcock impacted the movie industry more than any other director. His methods forever changed movies.
His 4 most famous films are Psycho (1960), Rear Window (1954), Vertigo (1958) and North By Northwest (1959).

I have not seen all of the movies that are currently in theatres right now, but I have seen and reviewed 26 of them. Some of the films have been in theatres for a while now and others are newer releases. If you are having trouble deciding what movie to see in theatres, I hope that you will consult my list for help.
